Our year-round programs are designed to develop key athletic skills, from speed and agility to sport-specific techniques, all under the guidance of our experienced and certified instructors.

What We Offer:
Speed, Jump, and Agility Classes

Our Speed, Jump, and Agility classes focus on building explosive power, coordination, and quickness, with drills carefully curated by our expert trainers. Using techniques and drills from Certified Speed and Agility Specialist, Alex Duncan, these sessions incorporate a mix of skips, bounds, plyometric drills, and strength work to build a solid athletic foundation. Whether it’s forward bounds, power skips, or lateral agility drills, our goal is to ensure every athlete leaves faster, stronger, and more agile. Each session includes tailored progressions, so you can continue improving over time.

Softball Training

Led by Julia Duncan, current starting varsity 2nd baseman at Alma College, our Softball Skill Classes focus on perfecting both offense and defense. In her fielding classes, you'll master infield and outfield techniques, glove work, and quick decision-making. In hitting classes, you’ll benefit from advanced Driveline drills like overload/underload training and Plyo Ball work. We prioritize situational drills, mental game preparation, and maximizing power and accuracy at the plate. Whether you’re just getting started or refining your skills, Julia’s training will sharpen your game.

Baseball Training

Our Baseball Hitting Classes, led by Alex Duncan, a Driveline Certified Hitting Instructor, offer a comprehensive approach to improving your swing, power, and plate discipline. With video analysis, Plyo Ball exercises, and situational hitting drills, you’ll learn the latest techniques used by top hitters. For fielding, speed, agility, and strength, our customizable training sessions ensure that you’re prepared for every aspect of the game. Plus, walk-in cage time is available for extra reps whenever you need them.

Basketball Training

Our Basketball Classes emphasize skill development, game strategy, and conditioning, with drills designed to improve shooting, dribbling, footwork, and court awareness. Whether you’re looking to sharpen your ball-handling or develop a killer jump shot, our experienced coaches tailor each session to the needs of the athletes, ensuring you leave the court better prepared for competition.

Pickleball Training

Our Pickleball Classes are the perfect blend of fun and challenge with Certified Instructor Glenn Geda. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned player, our classes cover everything from basic techniques to advanced strategies. We focus on footwork, paddle control, and quick decision-making, ensuring that you not only improve your game but also enjoy the fast-paced nature of this growing sport.
